are there 'Threshold' levels of complaining...e.g. Low, Moderate, Severe?, etc., etc. And while we're on it, how would you classify DJT's level of Complaining?...seems to be all the time, but that's just my impression. Also, is there justification for Complaining? Like when U.S. Citizens get murdered by ICE agents for no good reason.
