First, you deny the reality. When presented with facts, you then deny them as long as possible, and then retreat to the position that the incidents are insignificant when we all know how razor thin voting margins are such that it matters.
Second, the truly stupid claim that because you do not see an abuse (or more accurately acknowledge it), there are no need for safeguards against an abuse. As if an obvious opportunity for abuse needs no safeguards until it can be proven to occur.
