U.S. come anywhere near a Communist Dictatorship...and FDR is revered by the vast majority of Americans...or at least happily benefitting from his 'New Deal' legislations.

As for our current SCOTUS...the disgusting corruption we're seeing from some of the Justices, along with McConnell's unethical 'Packing' of the Court, calls out for "Remedial Action"...you can see what many people would 'lean that way'...can't you?
