Are you just playing semantics here? I don’t know what differentiates an address from a speech from a press conference, but this is an extraordinary circumstance and people want answers. This wasn’t some Jimmy Carter fireside chat.

Lobbing bombs as he so callously did, and then running away, makes him appear even more detached and feckless.
