Arnold handles it like a boss. If you don't know, his father-in-law, Sargent Shriver, helped start Special Olympics and Arnold's been involved for a long time. But it even pre-dates his days with Maria Shriver because I have a pic somewhere of him in the 70s teaching kids with cognitive disabilities to lift in the gym.
As a friend of mine put it so well, "They're more human than the rest of us." It's true and it's one of the reasons I believe they are put here.
If you've never watched the Special Olympics, you might be surprised at how good some of the competitors are at their respective sports. Rumor has it a few of them can even best Obama at bowling, throwing a baseball and several other things.
