My wife is an attorney and was routinely hit on and harassed when she was young and first practicing. She never reported it and made partner at what’s now one of the biggest firms in the nation. She did slug one of them though. He didn’t have the nerve to do anything about it.
I also defend plenty of the scumbags in federal litigation. Guarantee you the firms will circle the wagons around any rainmakers and will only fire them if they are completely forced.
These aren’t middle managers in retail that don’t matter types.
