Working and help reduce missed work time, LOA’s, etc. I can’t imagine how much $ some larger employers have had to pay out for employees that have missed work due to actually having COVID/quarantining.
Maybe they know too many people are relying on handouts, and they aren’t willing to work. This would be a way to attempt to keep the working class safe. And if this is how it plays out, I can’t say that I’d blame them.
