IMO, even if this doesn't go to court, a HUGE injustice has been inflicted on those families and they deserve some form of restitution...please don't invoke the "No Harm, No Foul" argument...Note that a Quinnipiac Poll found 66% of ALL Americans opposed Trump's "Zero Tolerance" policy that resulted in this human rights obscenity...so take a guess at what would happen in a civil trial.
