She had already breached 3-4 lines of police at the US Capitol, before she was even at the door -- clearly on notice that law enforcement, was holding the line. Hence, the officer drawing his firearm, followed by fellow insurgents yelling "He has a gun!"

Again, there was ample justification to have employed deadly force, well before the insurgents entered the building.

Yet, you believe the officer who righteously ended Ms. Babbitt should be tried, and let a jury figure it out?
