Also worth noting that public schools are covered by “sovereign immunity” and in the case of Pennsylvania for example, the case must be reported within 90 days -even now after all of the Church attention- or it is too late to file a suit. Contrast that with the Penn IG going back 70 years on the Catholic Church and moving to eliminate all stature of limitations on private institutions (read “Catholic”).
