For me, reasonable people can disagree about whether high school actions are disqualifying or not.
More disturbing is his blanket denial of all wrong doing. He never did anything bad to women when stumbling, bumbling drunk (which he apparently was frequently). No apologies needed. He never went into blackout (even though he would not remember it if he did, so it is preposterous to be so certain). And he seems convinced by conspiracy theories (revenge on behalf of the Clintons!) and made no effort to hide his partisanship. He sneers at the democratic senators. Cross-examining them. I've never seen anything like that.
No way he should be on any federal bench.
