Too bad really, he wasn't a bad mayor, just not a good mayor for the people of a city; very business savvy not much care for his constituents; created more wealth for the wealthy businesses, upped the cost of living by a lot, forced out the lower income bracket by creating higher taxes on property owners; broke down old laws that helped the lower economic bracket; worked to privatize gov't businesses without appearing to do so - Parks Dept turned over to private concerns and the like. Basically worked the way the R Governor is working in Michigan, just without the publicity and scandal attached to it.
