I think Single-Payer Health Care is absolutely going to happen, but I think it's a decade or so away. Immigration Control is going to have to be figured out before that, because if not, simple math dictates that we're going to have more consumption of it than we have money to pay for it. We cannot have one without the other. I think both are feasible, but it's going to take some time to get the Immigration issue agreed upon and then let the Health Insurance industry and all other private healthcare businesses settle out.
I don't think Roe v. Wade is going to be on the table. I don't see it. I'm really not sure why the hard-core pro-choice types are so worried about this.
As for gun control laws, what is it you want to see, specifically? It's hard to see this country ever going to a gun ban, but I don't think that's what most reasonable types want. What do you propose?
