Persecution of these kids will have the opposite effect that is desired. There is a disturbing trend that has been going on for awhile now and continues to escalate: Destroy those you disagree with, insult them, bully them on social media, destroy their reputation, see if you can get them fired from their jobs, threaten physical violence, etc. And when you run out of targets in current events, start mining social media history. Some of this started with Obama "They bring a knife we bring a gun", and has only gotten worse with "Orange". The increasing lack of civility and civil discourse should be alarming to everyone.
Comparing those who wear MAGA hats to Nazis and comparing ICE to the KKK is not helpful. Neither is comparing undocumented immigrants to rapists, murderers and MS13. Why isn't this obvious to people?
