sense to the SCOTUS that health care workers who engage with other people during a deadly airborne communicable disease pandemic should be immunized...other large groups of people who also engage with others under those same circumstances (i.e. surrounded by a deadly pathogen) don't need to be immunized...what am I missing here?
We ALL need to be vaccinated...I'm betting that each member of the SCOTUS is fully vaccinated (did anyone ask them?)...yet after more than a year of voluntary compliance, we still have tens of millions of Americans who are purposely avoiding that essential act...therefore, as they properly decided with Health Care Workers, the SCOTUS should have done the same to ALL Americans, regardless of their work status.
This is a national and global health issue...the SCOTUS shouldn't let those robes cover their eyes and ears.
