You don't know the officer involved. You don't know what he was thinking. You weren't there. IMHO, while kneeling, he looked so nonchalant. Disconnected from what he was doing. Hands in pocket. That is not a good look with someone struggling for his life underneath the officer. The jury sees this. I see it. You want a conviction. You wanted one from the very start. You believed that "Hands up, don't shoot" was a real thing. Let the evidence from both sides present itself, then let the jury decide. Apparently, your moral superiority has already convicted the officer some time ago.
