are not aware of unless they are looking. I did find it interesting that a large section of the article referred to Chicago specifically. Chicago has been run by democrats for (if my calculations are correct) 89 consecutive years. Is is logical to conclude that maybe democrats do not have the best answers to systemic racism? Think of all of the major urban population centers in the U.S., the high population % of African-Americans in comparison to other cities, and the fact that they almost exclusively have been run by democrats for an extended period of time... like multiple decades. Are African-Americans better off in those areas? I think the article shows, and common sense can determine, that they are not. Think of Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, Memphis, Philadelphia, etc..
