is there enough for 100% of covid infections? No, obviously not... but even through the surges, there has been enough to provide them to those most at risk for serious infection. You act like 100% of infections require hospital care and that simply not even close to accurate. If you take into account home positive tests, those that refuse to be tested by have a pretty good idea they have covid (i.e. loss of taste, smell, etc...), those that are asymptomatic completely, and finally those with confirmed positive PCR tests, I would estimate that likely only in the neighborhood of 1%-3% of positive cases require hospital care.
