farm was inherited, and all have other professions IRL. The outright stupidity of the tariff policy has reduced our ROI to 0.44% and that return is based on timberland rather than (unsubsidized) crops.
Also, the value of the farm is (temporarily ?) depressed by over 40%. Bad times for those who actually earn their living by farming.
If prices are restored prolly time to sell and not deal with the policies of future idiots. The only bummer will be not having an excuse to stop at the NOLA Jazz Fest each Spring :)
