An attorney had an insurance policy issued for very expensive cigars against loss including fire damage. Before the premium was paid he made a claim that all 34 cigars were lost in separate fires. The insurance company refused to pay and it went to court. The judge ruled for the plaintiff saying that the fire claim was not specific and awarded the attorney $15,000 for the fire damage to his cigars. After the attorney cashed the check the insurance company had the attorney arrested for arson.
I hate every attorney except my own. And that's a true story.
