I don't think domestic politics are affecting treatments in Europe or Asia, and none of them are shouting hydroxychloroquine from the rooftops. In fact many countries are doing quite a bit better with the virus than we are, and they aren't crediting hydroxychloroquine.
Do you really think it will make it all better? I don't. My guess, that if you pick the right time, and the right dosage, with the right patients, you could see modestly better outcomes. But it's not a game changer.
