It is important to highlight that the conclusions obtained are only valid for the cases examined, that is, outpatients with milder and initial forms of COVID-19 still need to be studied, as the Coalition is doing.

In addition to this research, six other clinical studies for the treatment of patients diagnosed with the new coronavirus are being developed by the Coalização COVID-19 Brasil. Next, check out which therapies most reviews should be published soon:
Coalition III: evaluates the effectiveness of the anti-inflammatory dexamethasone for cases of COVID-19 with severe acute respiratory syndrome;
Coalition IV: investigates whether full anticoagulation with rivaroxaban has benefits for patients with COVID-19 and at increased risk for thromboembolic events;
Coalition V: studies whether hydroxychloroquine prevents the worsening of COVID-19 in patients who do not need hospitalization;
Coalition VII: seeks to understand the long-term impact, after hospital discharge, including quality of life, of patients who had COVID-19 and participated in other Coalition studies;
Coalition VIII: should assess whether anticoagulation with rivaroxaban prevents worsening of the disease requiring hospitalization in non-hospitalized patients with mild forms of COVID-19;
Coalition IX: will investigate whether antiviral drugs alone and / or in combination with each other are effective for treating hospitalized COVID-19 cases with moderate disease. The antivirals to be tested are atazanavir, daclatasvir and daclatasvir associated with sofosbuvir.
The group also concludes two other studies, Coalition II and VI, but their results have not yet been released. The II evaluated severe cases of COVID-19 based on tests using hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin. Coalition VI investigated whether tocilizumab, an interleukin 6 inhibitor, can improve the clinical outcome of patients hospitalized with COVID-19.
