while the reporter is quoting nonstandard "Mortality Cases per Population" head count
The medical community uses the numbers that Trump is quoting for a reason: it tells you what the mortality rate per confirmed case actually is - the question that you want to know.
The data that the reporter is quoting is not used because many of the deaths that have been attributed to COVID have actually not been confirmed. Thus, when you use the deaths per population of a country, you can count ALL deaths attributed to COVID whether they are real or fake - there is no prerequisite to prove that the patient actually ever had COVID. This is a particular issue in this case because the medical community (both Dr's and hospitals) has an option for the nonspecific COVID diagnosis for payment that does not require lab confirmation, but does give them 20% more payment.
The numbers correctly used by the president require an actual lab confirmed diagnosis - and it is the best way that we have to filter through the politics of fake reporting.
Our rate from the chart in the lower part of the link is 3.3%. Pretty good (for instance, Germany is 4.3%), but not the best (Luxembourg is 1.7% but allows no indigents in their country and all tghus have access to health care early on).
Real scientists use Mortality per case and always have. You (DRO) and your MSM sources are not real scientists - your propagandists.
Put your thinking cap on DRO, and don't feel that you have to save face no matter what. Your wrong, and Trump is right - deal with it.
