We have run 5 kids thru the process and my wife works with kids on college admissions so while by no means an expert, we have been thru similar discussions.
If she holds a leadership position in the organization and can speak to some leadership attributes, then by all means include it. However, if it is just filling out a page then I would omit. She already seems highly qualified (congrats)
As an example:
One of my sons was advised not to include the fact that he worked as a lifeguard. Nothing wrong with the job and in his case it was great because he was also a collegiate swimmer, BUT suburban kid that is a lifeguard creates an impression that would not benefit him (think privileged white kid.) It was better for him to either 1) get a different job or at least 2) speak to a different working experience. Not exactly the same thing, but I think you will get the point. Just consider how the reader will look at the application.
Best of luck
