Definitely nicer than "elections have consequences."
The Garland case and this case are different. In the Garland case, the President and Senate were not in control of the same party. Trump's election changed that. This is a different scenario than before. One that is not unprecedented.
Now, what would be unprecedented is if the Democrats changed the size of SCOTUS next year to make up for the fact that they lost elections in previous years.
