Wow, I noticed a strange political tv add in which Joe Biden commands, “Mr. President, do your job!”
President Trump should respond, “Mr. Biden, I am doing your job, and mine!”
He may call him sleepy Joe, but a better name might be Hidin’ Biden because his campaign is the very first one dedicated to hiding his accomplishments. Literally, after 47 years I can’t think of one major accomplishment he is proud of and speaking about, and I am not joking here.
The only accomplishment I can recall him even mentioning was some plan he supposedly wrote about how to handle viruses and pandemics, but I think they backed away from highlighting that for two reasons. First, one of the persons on his own team confessed they did a terrible job when faced with their own health crisis; and secondly, I can imagine they had thoughts of firing the political consultant who felt it was a good idea to actually remind voters that Joe Biden has never been able to get anything done.
Can you imagine someone saying, “Let’s remind everyone that we went through something similar and still managed to leave the cupboards bare, and we even put in writing that we knew what needed to be done and still did not accomplish any of it. Although this will highlight that President Trump actually gets things done, I think the American people will be thrilled to hire a do-nothing president instead.” Incredible.
Maybe the use of teleprompters has affected his reasoning, and he no longer realizes that writing and then reading about what you will do is not the same as doing it. America wants to elect the Leader of the Free World, not the Reader of the free world.
Furthermore, whenever I hear any career politician say, “Do your job!” it reminds me of how they have dismissed American workers and hollowed out our factories and smiled in our faces and told us our jobs are not coming back. They look us in the eye and say we would rather hire those from other countries to “do your job”.
