America will soon witness a highly skilled and highly functioning Administration in action, with no agenda other than problem solving and delivering a highly competent and professional Executive Branch for the American people. For the past several months, the Biden team has been receiving scores and scores of resumes from America’s best and brightest seeking to join the Administration. Relax.

The cabinet appointments will speak for themselves. The cabinet will reflect the diversity of the nation and will have some Republicans. But, the Biden team will not fill seats merely to “check boxes” or reward political supporters/donors. Biden knows he needs experienced professionals who know where to look to repair damage on Day One, especially in spots like the State Department, Department of Energy, Homeland Security, and Dept of Justice. The Deputy appointments will reflect the same. “Empty suits” can look elsewhere.

There is a reason why our allies are relieved that America has been liberated from itself. Foreign leaders are already briefing Biden. Fixing breaches of National Security in every department will be a high priority.

There are tons of talented Americans who want to participate in Government. Not a bad thing. Don’t assume the Biden Administration is out to destroy your way of life. Quite the contrary.

And know this: the Biden Administration will not blow smoke up your ass. It will be brutally honest.
