it looks like all the mRNA work is being done in the Cytoplasm and not the Nucleus...therefore the DNA is unaffected...but then, this is not my field so I could be mistaken.
Assuming that what I just mentioned is true, then it seems appropriate to me that we carry on with the Phase III evaluations, and if no 'alarms' go off (e.g. undue inflammation), then in then interest of saving very large numbers of lives, we encourage everyone to use them when they are available...agree?
