Since this Forum largely 'mirrors' the sentiments of the populace, I'd love to see us pick an issue, debate it and then reach consensus on a recommended policy. Then, with that experience behind us "Rinse and Repeat". BTW, I realize that virtually all issues are deeply felt, so this is no 'Tiptoe through the Tulips', or 'Kumbaya' exercise...
