Mostly all self-serving. Just disgusting. I didn't like the D's all that much more but I found them
to be somewhat honest and more of thoughtful interested group, interested in governance and
progress for the nation.
Reagan was a huge turn-off. He was a mean spirited Matre'd full of no ideas or policies and the rest
of the party went in that direction and haven't stopped going horribly wrong since.
There have been very few R's I like, respected over the years - I was a huge John McCain person.
I didn't like all his policies, but I felt he was interested in the nation and its future. I could very well
have voted for him in 2000. But really - a smattering of R's have been impressive since. Adam Kinzinger
is one who comes to mind right now. (I do think Cheney has done the right thing by joining the 1/6 committee
but really am not in line with her policies and her lineage) After that, no one.
I'd definitely would like to like and agree with republicans but I just can't stoop that low. My standards
are much higher and that doesn't take much when considering the R's as a whole.
I'd like to see a third party - Maybe trump can begin one and take all the dipshit R's with him giving rise
to a better republican party. Being partisan isn't a choice when seeing what the R's offer at this time or
what they've offered over the last many decades.
