--Yes, but I assume you agree that it is also in the power of the president to halt illegitimate investigations that might lead to injustice. Actually, I only assume you will agree with that when a Democrat is president and at no other time. The key to these types of questions is in the definitions of the terms, and I use the plural there with intent. I expect you will define "obstruction" and "investigation" and "spying" and "collusion" one way to get "checkmate," and then define them another way to get out of checkmate. Language is more a tool for manipulation for the Left than a mere means of accurate communication. For the Left, "Ignorance is Strength."
OK to have the Attorney General act as the family lawyer?
--I lean towards no (the question is a bit ambiguous, and I'm not aware of any AG acting as a "family lawyer" so I'm unsure what the focus of the question is supposed to be. Answer this: Do you think the AG should be the president's "wingman." I don't. But, I suppose that is the reality nowadays. Holder said he was; I'm sure you think Barr is, too. I'm sure Biden's AG will be as well.
OK for a President to issue his loved ones a blanket pardon “for all federal offenses?”
--Yes. Biden can do this, and you should then own your vote when he does, amiright? The pardon power is currently unlimited. Article V Amendment is the proper way to fix this situation.
Joe Biden would reply with a resounding “No” to all 4 questions.
--Bullshit. Biden withheld US aid to get a prosecutor fired. If he refrains from doing that again, it will be for political reasons, not ethical reasons.
