So,then you oppose recent election law changes bypassing state legislatures which gave Biden victory since by constitutional law, only the state legislatures can make such rule changes - not governors, nor Sec of States, nor judges? Are you a true believer in the Constitution? (This is exactly what the right was protesting this past week by the way).
Also, could you please provide us with a video or accurate quote of what Trump said that, in your mind, is consistent with violating the Constitution. (Nobody has done that here yet, and while the obviously left wing media is frothing at the mouth and inciting liberal rage, we need more than them just their biased opinion. We need some proof. I hope that you can enlighten us because I will certainly agree with you, if I can see it for myself.
Are you familiar with the First Amendment? It allows the right for peaceful assembly. If you listen to Trump's speech (even the edited version presented by our boards most loyal liberal solder, Trump specificaly calls the people to carry out their assembly peacefully. One would have to conclude from this that as president, Donald Trump was thus supporting the rights laid out in the Constitution. Quite the opposite of what you accuse him of doing without presenting any evidence (that is not a violation of any law that I know of, but it is a violation of the 9th Commandment which states that Thou Shall Not Bear False Witness Against thy Neighbor. This is an ancient law that is part of the 10 Commandments and the teachings on which The American Constitution that you reference is based.
Out of curiosity, do you see a difference in perspective in the Left with their acceptance of the horrible violence over th last year by the Left - rioting, looting, murder, and invading the senate and House during hearings and the violence of this past week? Do you condemn them all?
Finally, do you condemn other presidents who fail to uphold the Constitution?
Off the top of my head, I can think of Obama refusing to enforce the border immigration laws set forth by congress. he simply said that he thought they were wrong, so he wasn't going to enforce the laws. Is this ok to you? Are presidents allowed to pick and choose what constitutionally legal laws they want depending on if they agree with them?
So, we know of other presidents guilty of your claim, but is Trump? Please post evidence, and I will condemn it also.
