I called on Chris to see if he could see a problem with censorship in today's complex and essentially monopolized social media environment.
Nobody said that APPLE MUST do anything. In fact, in other posts, we have made note of how fledgling alternatives are already arising - one with Trump at the heart of the business in fact.
You falsely posed Ned's position in a way that if he accepts it, he has to accept censorship, and if he opposes it, he is forcing a group to do something against its' will.
You also knowingly pose this falsehood without providing the additional context that the main forms of social media has banned Trump, and this alternative to Twitter which Apple touted to its' customers as such (especially its main customers, conservatives). You know that a monopoly exists and in fact was being investigated in congress. You also know that conservatives have been calling out these companies for many such examples of bias, and that they and the liberals have denied that it was occurring. Now it occurs clearly, and you shift to a different position of whether they have the right to do it.
Now, I want you to think about our posts again. We are not saying that the leftist organizations involved "cannot" do it, we are saying that they "should not" do it, or that the repercussions will be bad for our country. It is a question of wisdom. The monopoly question is another issue, but I am pretty sure that there is going to be a new, big rival quite soon.
I'm going to bed now, so i will let you have the last word - you need it. Or is it your position that I must not be allowed to go to bed right now? (see how that works from the other side?)
