I have to say, he has no conscience in repeating the same routine everytime. He doesn't seem the least bit embarrassed. Confronted with DHS's own numbers that show new records of illegals coming over the border, he once again states that those are the wrong numbers or those numbers are misconstrued. Asked how many illegals on the terror watchlist are still in our country, he tells us that he will, wait for it, "be happy to furnish those numbers to you after the hearing." Challenged more, he informs us about his "comprehensive immigration plan," but that plan cannot be fully implemented unless DHS is allocated more money. When the issue of rock-bottom morale within the Border Patrol is raised, he responds that it was only one agent who turned his back on him, neglecting to mention the meeting with agents in Texas when numerous members shouted out complaints about how bad it has become for them (after which, Mayorkas passed the job of responding to a Border Patrol supervisor). Asked about Biden's defamation of agents on horseback, he responded with nothing.
He'll probably move to Cali after he done with this job and become governor. They'll love him there.
