After long encouraging voluntary testing, Gretch suddenly takes a different tack and prevents such voluntary testing in supposedly the highest outbreak area in the country where one would think such open testing would be more helpful to detect and isolate new cases.
But with no more voluntary testing, the asymptomatic case numbers will drop, and Whitmer’s numbers will improve.

This UM Medical center guideline is from yesterday. (Look under the “For Patients” section down below on who can get tested).

Gretch has shifted because the outbreak which used to help solidify her dictatorial powers is now hurting her image publicly.

We are the same as other states, and I expect our numbers to normalize over next few weeks as she stops the practices that were inflating the numbers.
