....and this will go against your sensibilities to question anything being condemned in the shroud of racism...
....but what do you see as the endpoint of Affirmative Action. Has that endpoint ever been defined? Since there are organizations and movements that rely on it now, will an endpoint ever be achieved unless there actually were the replacement of all white males?
I would hope that it wouldn't ever get to that point, but assuming that this White Replacement rhetoric follows it's name (I have no intention of studying their beliefs), can you not see where they are concerned? And is this not a mirror reflection of the movements that presently hold sway?
You see, I suspect that I see racism differently than you do. I see it as a human flaw that can effect any race because I see all races as being the same human beings. I can see the horrific scars of racism in our past and present, and I can also see racism's ugly head rearing itself in movements that think that while one race's lives matter (and they do), they argue that it is wrong to say that all races lives matter. I believe that the Left's present trajectory is to correct passed inequities by imposing present inequities which of course creates future resentment and persistence of racial tensions. But of course, the Democrat party's present political structure is predicated on the continued presence of racial tensions. Harmony among all people would undermine the fundamental voting tool of the Left.
The Left's strategies of fixing past wrongs with wrongful treatment to the other side in the present is guaranteed to foster the kind of resentment that you are presently aghast over. This action by this sick person is unspeakably horrific and unjustifiable, but given the above, it is unfortunately not surprising.
