This is good and proper. Russian atrocities are undeniable and they should pay.
However, the investigator may soon become the investigated for his dereliction of duty. After the November elections, he may be on the hot seat for the following: using the FBI as his own political police force to suppress the freedom of speech of dissenting parents at school board meetings and for breaking the law by allowing protests outside of the houses of the SC justices.
How ironic it would be if Garland had to miss future war crimes trials because he was incarcerated for breaking laws himself.
