Granted, some states will ban. Others won't Others will maybe try to make them rare and safe, like Europe does. But, rare and safe is no longer the goal of the Left.

Shameful attacks on SCOTUS by the Left. SCOTUS has merely returned an issue that should be democratically decided to the democratic institutions. And the Left hates that.
