then maybe this is a lesson to all American's - outside of the USofA, countries have their own rules and laws and being a dumb American
doesn't exempt you from their laws. Learn their rules and laws before going there and note, the US State department isn't there for your
convenience because you didn't do your homework or were too full of yourself as an American to realize - you're not in Kansas anymore
when you leave these borders.
