As I noted a few days ago, Garland would have been a perfect Supreme, but as head of the DOJ, not so much. Not really in his wheelhouse.
I think BTC gets this correct. And remember as strong as BTC is, he's not the extreme but he is left. This was from RMS where he comments
on what appears to be a logical path seeing what little has been shown the last 18 months. Garland doesn't have the spine for this.
