Don*t take this wrong, I want Trumo gone as much as anyone. He is an albatross around the neck of the country.
But nothing would boost his standing more than a not guilty verdict.
The January 6th committee repressed any evidence that might have provided Trumo wth a defense.
The standard in a criminal case is "beyond a shadow of a doubt."
Garland sees both hurdles to a conviction and he does not want to fail.
He will be cautious.
