The Court did not order DOJ to unseal the warrant. Rather, he’s asking DOJ to provide the Court with the legal authority why media outlets ought not have access to an ongoing investigation.
If the point of the search (or seizure) warrant was to recover stolen highly classified national security material, then my guess is that DOJ will oppose sharing highly classified information with the public.
