Which part of that are you missing. Over the past 8 months and more he was told to return them. He delayed, lied and delayed the order. Documents he as an ordinary citizen isn’t allowed to have. In fact it’s a crime to have any classified material. None.
Alas, he didn’t return all files hence a warrant with a search of his residence.

To play stupid on this is mind boggling.
