white. The wording from the recent teachers union agreement with the school district states:
"if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the district shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population."
So, sorry, if you are white and have 20 years of experience in the school system but there is a fellow teacher of an under-represented race with 1 year of experience and some one has to be "excessed" (fancy word for fired), the white teacher has to go.
