It’s funny. If Obama had a bunch of classified info in his wine cellar post-presidency the Trump freak squad wouldn’t be happy with the answer “he can declassify anything he wants”. They would appropriately ask, “is it appropriate to declassify such and store it in a non-secure location. No Trump cultists are asking that question. It is a cult. The leader cannot err.
