Mr. Magoo was obviously an overstatement for effect, however, I believe an objective person would acknowledge that Biden is in command of precisely nothing at this point.

He may possibly believe that his advisors ideas are his own.

Have said it before, I believe that Democrats in power and in the know will run him out the door before the end of his term.

There were enough doubts about him beforehand that many of them wanted to "Draft Cuomo"... You don't know what's going on behind the scenes...until you do. The signs with Biden ain't good.
