If you plug in at 9PM every night and leave at 7AM, that will add 50 miles on 120v at 16 Amps Which is about 18,000 miles per year.
Many people put 240V 30 Amp (Dryer) or 240V 50 Amp (oven) outlets in their garage which give them 250-350 miles of range overnight so that they can leave with a “full tank” every morning.
How many days per year do you drive 300 miles or more? For me it’s less than 10.
