Seems like there should be a bigger sentence for taking a life.

“If convicted on the vehicular homicide charge, Brandt would face a minimum of 10 years in prison because of a DUI on his record.

The maximum for the crime is 20 years.”

I’m an eye for eye kind of person so 10 year minimum for killing anyone sounds pretty light. Penalties for something like this needs to be way more severe.


I identify as the poster with the most suspensions in UHND history.
