The big guys give away numerous rebounds, are often slow to offer help on defense, have no back to the basket moves, and have their shots rejected constantly because they play below the rim and are indecisive when making moves. It has fallen on Tae Davis and Julian Roper to post up, but both are really perimeter guys.
I had big hopes for Njie going into the season, given what was written, and looking at his photos, which showed him to be a muscular guy, but he just isn't tough. Hopefully he improves in all areas, but if Shrewsberry doesn't get a big guy transfer, it may necessitate a lot of minutes for freshman Garrett Sundra, and he is fairly skinny, but is more athletic than Njie.
