These clinics are the norm now. It seems people don't keep there strategy, planning and tactics as close to the vest as they did 10/20 years ago.
It would be more alarming if he was inviting direct competitors in to chit-chat on strategy and game planning. However, I think I remember something of the sort happening after OSU or ALA kicked our tail. A few months later we invited one of them in for game discussions. I may be incorrect, but I feel like I read that somewhere.
Why would you not invite some of the latest and greatest minds in to pick their brain? Especially, if they're not competition?
